Telling fans that she was "limbering up" ahead of her televised chat with Jimmy Fallon, Kate updated from a terrace and outfitted in a gorgeous, powder-blue look.

Opting for a skimpy shorts playsuit, Kate rocked the braless trend as she posed from the Big Apple and in her thigh-skimming one-piece. Tagging luxury designer Max Mara, the Pearl Harbor star added in baby blue sheer tights, as well as a sweeping, slate blue coat worn open.

Striking a standing pose as she also rocked massive blue platforms in the opening snap, Kate drove fans to swipe, where she returned leaning forward, in profile, and balancing on one leg with the other stretched out behind her.

In the caption, Kate wrote: "Limbering up to go on @fallontonight later this evening . He hates it when you show up with a crunchy piriformis @maxmara."

Kate had also gone for a full glam girl with a girly finish. Highlighting her cheekbones with pink blush, the actress also sported a cute dark bow in her hair, with the tied-up do showing off her stunning facial features.
