(“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) on the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined in section 11 below) on and obtained through diply.com and its affiliated sites (each a “Site” and together the “Sites”), any application made available by Company through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or similar (each an “App”) and the services, features, content, mobile applications and or other related sources we offer (collectively with the Sites and Apps, the “Services”). We receive information about you from various sources, including: (i) if you register for the Services, through your user account on the Services (your “Account”); (ii) your use of the Services generally; and (iii) from third party websites and services. Privacy is of great importance to us. By visiting, accessing or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and you hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

A Note About Children. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information from visitors who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits Personal Information to us and we learn that the Personal Information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. 3.1.6 Web Beacons

We (or third party data or ad networks we work with) may use Web Beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about our Service, or other information we or they have collected. 3.3 Location Data

Some of our Services, such as mobile applications, may collect geo-location data (which determines your current location) to provide location-related Service functionality. We may contract with third-party data cooperatives (“Data Co-op”) and share certain information with the Data Co-op. You give us your consent to share your data with a Data Co-op when you register on our site(s) for an account and check the permission option on signup enabling us to do so. When we share your data with a Data Co-op, we may provide your personally identifiable information or contact information. This transfer of data into the Data Co-op is intended only to assist members of the Data Co-op in analyzing and marketing their brand, goods, and services, or those of their marketing partners.
