Enjoying what looked like the start to a great night, Carmen sizzled amid her swish terrace-wrapped waters, making herself the focal point as she flashed some cleavage and also puckered up with a pouty face.

Rocking a heavy face of matte makeup, the Baywatch bombshell drew attention to her high cheekbones as she wore her blonde locks down and a little tousled. In a caption, she told her 1.5 million followers:
