For seven years, the pair had an on-and-off relationship that regularly featured in British tabloids. According to reports, the couple called it quits after Scherzinger wanted more commitment from Hamilton than he was willing to give since he was more focused on his career.

For the first time since they broke up, Hamilton and Scherzinger were spotted together during a red carpet event at the Fashion Awards held at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The seven-time world champion was spotted wearing an all-black outfit with a formal jacket that appeared to be made out of sequins. The Pussycat Dolls star on the other hand was wearing a black dress with a plunging neckline showing ample cleavage. The former couple was reported to have spent ample time together talking and catching up about the past.
