Who here has tried their hand at making pottery, huh? I have to admit this is one thing I haven't embarked on yet. It's definitely a skill to create something beautiful using a bunch of clay. Am I right?

I don't know if I told you how much I love and admire the octopus. So when I see this amazing octomug, I immediately want it. Isn't it so fun? Truth be told, if I tried to make one, it would look like one giant mess, haha.

Haha! I guess that's drawing 101. I remember when I learned this technique in school. It's cool to see it come to life on this clay pot.
There is something so cool about stackable bowls. Do you agree with me on that? All of these have unique Australian native motifs, but the fact you can stack them up is just the icing on a very delicious cake, no?

This is fine! Oh my gosh! This wouldn't be so funny if it wasn't so ironic, huh? I can't even imagine what this little guy had to endure, but alas, he survived, and all is well in the world, hehe.
Not only do I adore this set of mugs here, but the color scheme is right up my alley. This is the type of collection I would like to have in my home. But then again, I own way too many mugs as it is, hehe.

OMG! What's that? I seriously thought this was a legit paper bag. But it's a clay flower vase. How did somebody come up with a genius idea like that? It's pretty much beyond me, but I want one now. Isn't it brilliant or what?
"Gnomes by my dad (combo of hand building, slab roller, raku firing, and clay booty). 59 years old, started selling pieces to neighbors a few years ago and now does two local art shows every year. Proud daughter over here!"

Okay, have you ever been to a museum and seen Egyptian-era canopic jars? Well, this raccoon one reminds me of that. I must say somebody did a fine job creating that incredible piece. What do you think of that?

OMG! What? That can't be true, huh? So as it turns out, this person does have their own online pottery shop, so they definitely know what they're doing. I would buy this super cute and spooky Halloween-inspired plate in a heartbeat.
Speaking of people who have a real talent for pottery, what do you think of this vase here? It's a salt-fired porcelain vase with a gold-luster honeycomb that I've never seen before. So much patience went into making it. I'm sure of it.
Whoa! Just look at these hand-carved, layered-colored porcelain mugs. They're both psychedelic and fun, no? I could get totally lost looking at them, haha. How did this person even create such vivid colors and patterns? I sure would like to know.
Aren't these creative folks so talented? I have no idea how they're able to come up with such unique and perfect shapes. It's pretty baffling to me. I don't know about you, but these pieces of artwork really inspire me to start creating again. I'm not sure what it will be, but I feel the creative juices flowing again.
