1000-Lb. Sisters' Star is Unrecognizable After Weight Loss!

Tammy used to weigh approximately 700 pounds, but after spending time in a food rehab clinic, she disclosed last year that she had reached her desired weight of 550 pounds, allowing her to have bariatric surgery.

Slaton has not posted on the app since February 14, her first since March 2022. But now, Tammy Slaton is showing off her amazing weight loss in new images. The 36-year-old 1000-Lb. Sisters star posted nine photographs on Instagram on Monday, and the post received a tonne of support from her followers and viewers of the TLC series.

Her followers gave positive feedback. One of them wrote, "Omg Tammy, you look amazing! And no more trach! I have cried on every episode this season! You freakin' did it, girl! I am so proud of you!"

Another fan wrote, "Tammy, I am so proud of you! I always knew you could do it 💗" another fan wrote. "You look great & we can tell you're genuinely happy. I look forward to watching you transform into who you're meant to be!"

Viewers have seen the inner details of her recent marriage to Caleb Willingham on the most recent season of 1000-Lb Sisters.

Tammy, who had previously admitted to being pansexual, wed Caleb in November in a private ceremony with her closest friends and family present.

She was left "speechless" after first meeting at an Ohio treatment center when he unexpectedly proposed to her.

In a recent episode, Slaton also succeeded in losing weight. She had to go from 717 pounds to 550 pounds to be eligible for weight-loss surgery, and much to her delight, she managed to go down to 534 pounds.

Last year, her TikTok account appeared disabled after being brought to the emergency hospital, which sparked worry among followers. When her followers saw an error message on her social media pages and were also informed that she had stopped breathing and had been taken to the hospital and put on a ventilator, they were alarmed.

Tammy underwent a tracheotomy in the hospital, a surgical operation in which medical professionals create an incision on the neck and insert a breathing tube into the airway.

But now she is fine and happy. She felt really good and excited when she saw her weight; she said, "When I got on the scale, and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I kinda stopped breathing for a second."

Slaton continued, "I'm like 14 lbs. under my goal weight. From over 700, that's a huge drop. I'm feeling thrilled, proud, excited — just all the emotions. I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment!"

Slaton is prepared for bariatric surgery at 534 pounds. She is welcomed and cheered on by her entire family in an episode aired on February 28 as she departs the Ohio rehabilitation center for the weight loss procedure.

During the episode, she happily said, "They had a poster for me to read that everybody wrote something there to celebrate me. I mean, b—s, this is about me at the end of the day because I'm the queen."

The way her family supported her throughout the journey moved her to tears, and she said,

"she needed to know that they love me no matter what."

She added,

"I needed to know that they're here for me. They love me. That's one of the biggest things to help push me through to get to where I am now."

Amy Slaton, Slaton's sister, was anxious because she knew that Tammy was about to undergo a procedure that would change her life.

She expressed her concern for Tammy during the episode. She said during the episode. "Anything could happen during surgery. I couldn't picture a life without my sister."

We hope she'll get through this surgery. It seems that the reality star's efforts have been fruitful.
