The Miss Congeniality star bought the pad 15 years ago, and it's located about 25 miles from the Pacific Ocean. The ranch offers mountain vistas and comes with an understated entrance complete with terracotta roof tiling. A little less unassuming indoors, the property boasts a fountain courtyard for a little secluded sunbathing, muted accent interiors, plus plenty of natural daylight.
