Gwyneth Paltrow, Lily-Rose Depp, Lourdes Leon Hit Out At Media For Nepotism Tag

Having famous parents definitely opens up doors that would not otherwise open. It also gets you opportunities a lot quicker than other people that you're competing against. However, once you get into the door staying relevant and getting the right jobs is all down to talent. Gwyneth Paltrow is the perfect example of the same, although she did have famous parents, a lot of what she has been able to achieve thus far has been down to her own talent. While on Hailey Bieber's YouTube show, Paltrow said, "People are ready to pull you down and say you don’t belong there or you’re only there because of your dad or your mom or whatever the case may be."

Ireland Baldwin is a model and actor who also happens to be the daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger. The 27-year-old in a recent interview hit out at critics who brand the nepotism tag all over her. She said, "In anything that I pursue and anything that I do in my life, people are always going to say [that] I have what I have because of my parents, which is true. I wouldn't be where I am, I wouldn't have gotten where I am and be able to do what I can do if it weren't for my parents, and I think really where you go wrong is denying that."

Baldwin has dabbled in both acting as well as modeling over the years. Most recently, she announced that she is starting a business with her current boyfriend, André Allen Anjos aka 'RAC'.

Lily Collins, the daughter of famed musician Phil Collins, revealed to Vogue France that although she does love to sing she did not want to follow that path as she wanted to forge her own identity in the industry. She went on to mention how she failed at multiple casting calls which only made her resolve to succeed impregnable.
