A 26-year-old woman has shared her experience with a nurse who gave unsolicited opinions about her desire to get her tubes tied. The woman had called to set up an appointment to talk about getting her tubes tied, but the nurse asked her if she was trying to set up an appointment to change her IUD and proceeded to tell her that they don't like doing these procedures on people her age, among other things.
The woman got annoyed and told the nurse that she only needed her help setting up an appointment and that if she wanted her opinion on her body and future, she would ask for it. Do you think the woman was out of line or was the nurse in the wrong?
