Paris Hilton Stuns NYC in Gorgeous Cobalt Blue Dress!

The socialite and reality star, 42, continues to make headlines for both her new motherhood and her memoir, and she's been plugging pre-sales of her Paris: The Memoir book like nobody's business! The latest photos come as she promotes the book on Watch What Happens Live.

Photos showed Paris looking glitzy as she slipped her slender figure into a classy and long-sleeved blue dress with a horizontal gold and glittery trim.

The mom of one, who welcomed son Phoenix earlier this year via a surrogate, wore her body-hugging number with crisp white stilettos, also holding a small white clutch to match.

Paris kept glam with retro-curled and glossy blonde locks worn down. She added a full face of makeup complete with white eyeshadow, blended blush, plus a lip-lined pout full of matte lipstick.

Paris was photographed in the dark and headed to the studio to tape an episode, one promoting her book, which comes out today, Tuesday.

The BFF to SKIMS mogul Kim Kardashian discusses serious aspects of her life in the memoir, including recalling being drugged and raped at the age of 15.

Also documented, are Paris' claims that she was systematically and sexually abused at a Utah boarding school in her teens.

Paris was quick to update her social media with another talk show this week. She posted footage of herself with host Jimmy Fallon.

Paris has now gained over 4 million likes for sharing the first face shot of her newborn son. "Baby Phoenix. Our whole entire world," she wrote.

In her book, Paris discusses the upcoming arrival of her son, even revealing that she wants a girl. Scroll for the name!

"If all goes well, by the time you read this, Carter and I will have a baby boy," she writes. "We plan to name him Phoenix, a name I that decided on years ago when I was searching cities, countries and states on a map, looking for something to go with Paris and London."

Paris adds:

"Phoenix has a few good pop culture reference points, but more important it's the birth of flames out and then rises from the ashes to fly again."

Paris hit the height of fame in the 2000s, but it looks like The Simple Life alum is making a major comeback!

Paris has also been gaining social media followers this year. Her IG fanbase currently sits at over 22 million.

Paris has detailed just how closely she and her 2021-married husband Carter Reum kept their baby news to themselves. Not even the family knew.

"Not even my mom, my sister, my best friends, no one knew literally until he was over a week old," Hilton states in her book.

Paris here noted her high-profile status and the constant media eye. She said that she felt that "my life has been so public and I've never really had anything just really be mine."
