The Wild' n' Out star, Nick Cannon, in a recent interview with Kevin Frazier, said it's not up to him to decide how many kids he gets to have. Apparently, the star is "letting God decide."

Before his Future Superstar tour, Nick Cannon revealed his plans for his future with kids. The actor/rapper/TV host told Entertainment Tonight, "God decides when we're done, but I definitely got my hands full," when asked about the possibility of more children. The star added, "I'm so focused. I'm locked in. But, when I'm 85, you never know, I might [have more]."

His 12th Last December

Adding to his already long line of children, the American TV host and Model Alyssa Scott welcomed their second child together in December 2022. However, it's the 12th for Nick. In his usual unique child-naming way, both new parents agreed on Halo Marie.

While Halo Marie might be the second child between Nick Cannon and Alyssa Scott, the new baby is the only one. In sad news, five months after their first child together, the pair lost their baby Zen to brain cancer.

His Therapist Advice

With the Superstar not seeming to take a break, in an earlier interview with ETonline in 2021, Nick Cannon shared that his therapist doesn't fully support his procreation prowess. In his words, The Masked Singer host says, "My therapist says I should be celibate." However, the singer doesn't share similar ideas. He says, "Ok, give me a break bus. I'm a take a break from having kids," as he jokes.

A Month Before

Just before the birth of his 12th child, Nick welcomed his 11th child, Beautiful Zeppelin, the 3rd child with Abby De La Rosa in November. The TV host shared his newborn on Instagram, captioning the post, "11/11/2022 A BEAUTIFUL DAY for "BEAUTIFUL ZEPPELIN CANNON" to arrive! Mommy @hiabbydelarosa I love you! You make it ALL look so easy and effortless but I am forever indebted to your tireless work of constant dedication, diligent effort, and selfless love that you give to our children and myself."

The Big Family

Nick Cannon has a large family, and he's already used to the jokes that come with it. Speaking with ET at one time, he said, "I come from a big family, I have several siblings. Being raised in an unorthodox family by my grandparents at times, I've experienced such a wide range of upbringing that I have such a love and passion for kids and family."

Nick Cannon further added, "I want a big family too. The Lord has blessed me with what I asked, but ask and you shall receive." He has 12 kids from 6 baby mamas and might be looking to take it further.

In the same interview with Kevin Frazier from ETonline, Nick Cannon opened up about his reaction to his ex-wife, Mariah Carey, and daughter teaming up with Kim Kardashian for a TikTok video. He described the video featuring Mariah Carey, Monroe, Kim Kardashian, and North West as "epic."

It Felt Special To Nick

Watching the video of his daughter and wife bonding was lovely to watch. Nick stated the video felt really special to him because of the background song, Mariah Carey's 2009 "It's A Wrap." In his words, "that song that they were doing [the] TikTok to is a song that I produced and worked on with Mariah, so even that made it special."

The "Bug" Had Caught Up

The 42-year-old TV star added, "My daughter has the entertainment bug... [You can] definitely see that connection with her and her mom. It's beautiful, the fact that they get to have fun with each other... families are connecting in a different way than ever before."

Consensual Relationships

In June of last year, Nick finally opened up about his relationship and how he handles them. In a YouTube Live Interview with DVSN, he stated practicing a "consensual non-monogamy" relationship with his baby mamas. He said, "People like to classify what I do as polyamory or polygamy, but even that, I always say to define me is to confine me."

Parenting Tip

Although giving a title to his relationship might seem like the reason for his successful co-parenting with different baby mamas, Nick shared a little secret with Kevin Frazier, saying, "As long as we're all on the same page and we all got the same goal — to be the best parents we could possibly be — that works and then the scheduling is the scheduling."

Secret To Balance

As a known workaholic and father to 12, Nick talked about how he manages to cope with all, saying, "Everybody thinks it's time management. It's energy management." The Wild' n' Out host star also added, "Once we're all aligned, the flow is a lot easier. If there's any kind of low frequencies or dissension in there, that's what messes up the scheduling."

It's Either Work or His Kids

The star mentioned his "biggest insecurities and biggest fear" in parenting, "giving too much energy elsewhere and not to my children." Further added that it's either work or his kids, and the rule has helped him. In his words, "When I can cut out a certain aspect of my lifestyle and focus on children and work, it makes it a lot easier."

A Grateful Provider

Still speaking with Kevin Frazier, The Masked Singer host mentioned his thankfulness to God for being in a position to provide for his kids. In the same interview with ET, he said, "It's a blessing, man. Like, hopefully, because of what I am able to do, my kids can do whatever they want to do, to be able to be in a position where if they want to be a nuclear physicist, I know somebody at an Ivy League school that I could [hit up]."

Care For Him Too

After stating he wants to be able to provide anything for his kids, Nick Cannon jokingly mentions, "and they [his kids] can provide for him." Of course, isn't that every parent's end goal?

Nick Just Wants To Pave The Way

He adds, "To be [a superstar] it goes back to you gotta have that superstar energy; it's already within you. It comes from within. ... I just wanted to put all those people together on a tour bus, old school Berry Gordy style."
