Change is the only constant thing in life, and this reality TV star is showing off his new body after losing 600 Lbs. Casey King has spent the last four years of his life making important decisions about his weight and health, which has paid off.

The 38-year-old reality star once topped the weighing scale at 845 pounds. King knew he had to make some positive changes in his life.
King met with Dr Charles Procter Jr. for bariatric surgery in 2019 but learned he needed to shed a few pounds before going under the knife.
King appeared on a TLC reality show, Family By the Ton, in 2019, where he was shown naked because he couldn't fit into his cloth, and they restricted his movement.
He walked viewers through his daily routine, which did not include leading a healthy life.
“I will just eat till I’m dead. A normal day for me is to wake up around 12, figure out something I am going to eat immediately, [and then] TV, video games, bed. It’s not a lot of activity.”
He explained that he was always a big kid and weight as high as 300 pounds by the time he graduated high school.
After high school, he got a series of restaurant jobs, enabling his unhealthy eating habits.
King quit his restaurant job several years later and moved in with his dad. This was when his weight increased to 845 pounds.
He revealed that his sporadic weight gain made it hard for him to lead an active life, including bathing. King was forced to get clean in an outdoor trough on his father's back deck because his size restricted him from fitting into a normal-sized bathroom.
He detailed what getting by each day was like for him.
"Because I am a bigger guy with, like, folds and flaps, I have to move around, almost like a pig in a way, and wallow and roll over to get the back of my leg. I have to lift up literal pieces of skin. It's just a super difficult process."
The 38-year-old was so big that he couldn't even clean up, and his father had to help him fix himself after using the toilet.
"I need his help a little bit to clean myself, you know, wiping just my a— because I can't reach everything on my back, and I can't reach everything below me."
His mom curated his weight loss diet, after which he dropped from 700 to 631 pounds following his vertical sleeve gastrectomy, which reduced his stomach size.
He shared his amazing and inspiring journey with over 38,000 followers on Instagram, who constantly cheer him on through his transformation.
The reality star also gained employment with Home Depot for the past three years, which has also helped him live an active life.
King celebrated his 37th birthday in November 2021 and shared that he was down to 255 pounds which is the healthiest he has ever been since high school.
He revealed he's focusing on sugar-free and unfried protein as a major part of his diet.
The star advised his followers about making healthy choices.
“Finding healthy choices is not that bad. It’s not that difficult. You just gotta be smart. Be as active as you possibly can. Put activity into everything. Find something that you’re interested in to be active,” King added. “I got into hiking, and I’ve always liked running, so I do those kind of things. Do whatever works for you.”
King currently stands at 250 pounds and plans to shed 25 pounds moving forward.
He also revealed his desire to undergo surgery to get rid of the loose skin hanging from his stomach, chest and arms.
His friend opened a GoFundMe to enable him to gather funds for the procedure. They have exceeded their $15,000 goal and are currently at a whopping $19,000.
