On Sunday, a memorial service was performed in Lisa Marie Presley's honor, and she was laid to rest at Graceland. Among the noteworthy figures was Gun N' Roses vocalist Axl Rose, who paid his respects to the singer and gave a heartbreaking piano performance.

At Lisa Marie Presley's memorial service on Sunday morning at Graceland, Axl Rose gave a moving eulogy.
"I feel like I'm supposed to be texting her like, right now, saying 'I'm here,' telling her how wonderful everyone is," Axl said. "I never in a million years imagined singing here and especially under these circumstances."
Before playing his song, November Rain on the piano, the Paradise City crooner added,
"This is genuinely terrible and excruciating for everyone here."
The lyrics of November Rain, which Rose sang acoustically, include:
"Nothin' lasts forever/ And we both know hearts can change/ And it's hard to hold a candle/ In the chilly November rain,"was well received by the audience.
While talking to People, Axl Rose said he would miss Lisa Marie and added that her passing doesn't seem real, just like her son and father Elvis Presley. He also recounted how much Lisa Maria loved her family and her children, "My heart goes out to them."
Axl recounted 'awkwardly' bringing up Benjamin's demise to express his concern and how he was trying to help Lisa after his loss.
To cheer Presley up after Benjamin's passing and let her know that they were constantly thinking of her and them and wishing the best for her, Axl stated they would exchange "jokes, news items, and loads of animal videos."
"I wanted her to be happy, to feel good about things, at least as much as one could under the circumstances.
Axl Rose continued;
"And really, with the closeness of their relationship, one could hope — but truthfully, it didn't seem, at least without some real-time passing, a reasonable reality."
Lisa Marie's friends Sarah Ferguson—Sarah, Duchess of York, Alanis Morissette, Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan, and family arrived to pay their respects and participated in her open memorial on the home's front lawn.
