Following reports that involuntary manslaughter charges will be brought against Alec Baldwin for the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust, his wife Hilaria is now asking for empathy.

The 39-year-old yoga instructor sent the message through her outfit choice when she stepped out in Manhattan on Friday morning.

Give Her 'EMPATHY'

Hilaria was spotted outside her New York City apartment building the day after news broke that her husband would face charges. She was wearing a green sweatshirt with the word ‘EMPATHY’ printed on it.

She paired the top, which is from Mayfair Group and retails for $108, with shiny black leggings, pearl-embellished slides, and a pair of angular shades. The mother-of-seven looked grim as she faced photographers.

Alec Was Spotted As Well

Also on Friday morning, Alec, 64, was seen for the first time since the announcement as he left the couple’s apartment and got into a waiting car. Later, he was photographed heading into a New York City office building while trying to hide his face with mail envelopes.

“On my watch, no one is above the law, and everyone deserves justice,” Carmack-Altwies added, noting that even famous actors won’t get special treatment.

Special prosecutor Andrea Reeb, meanwhile, explained that if Alec, Gutierrez-Reed, or Rust assistant director David Halls had done their job, the accident would not have happened. “The evidence clearly shows a pattern of criminal disregard for safety on the Rust film set,” she added.
