Chris Hemsworth is working on a series called Limitless with Chris Hemsworth. In that, he’s testing how far one can push themselves and the capabilities of the human body that haven’t been tapped into.
The idea behind the show is to learn about how to extend the strength one possesses in their youth into their older ages. To do this, he’s putting himself through various challenges and trials of different degrees.
The Thor actor’s brother, Liam Hemsworth, took to social media to post snaps of him surfing on the icy cold waters. He is focused, wearing protective gear, and testing his limits in a temperature where some refuse to leave the house.
The post shows him in various stages during the surfing such as one where he is surfing, another where he’s standing in the icy cold water, and others. But Liam Hemsworth is a man of steel, and he had a gleeful expression on his face at all times!
Henry Cavill has been the man behind making The Witcher an extraordinary success. Therefore, when it was announced that Liam Hemsworth would take over, the fans did not take too kindly to it.
Some of them claimed they would rather have the show canceled while others believed it won’t feel the same without Cavill.
However, Cavill himself passed the torch to Liam Hemsworth with a heartfelt note. It’s possible Cavill will reprise his role as Superman for the DC Universe after Black Adam showed Superman’s return.
It so happens that while brother Liam Hemsworth is gearing up for season 4’s release, Chris Hemsworth has decided to take a break from making movies after discovering Alzheimer’s risk.
He got to know about the risk while working on Limitless with Chris Hemsworth, and it became a catalyst of sorts to ensure the show kept going. In fact, he even discussed the entire issue on the show to ensure the fans knew to talk about their health and how to combat and prepare for anything.
“I was offered a version of the episode where we didn't talk about it, and for the exact reason you are mentioning now, I thought, 'No, look, if this is a motivator for people to take better care of themselves and also understand that there are steps you can take—then fantastic.' My concern was I just didn't want to manipulate it and overdramatize it, and make it into some sort of hokey grab at empathy or whatever for entertainment.”
It’s unknown when Chris Hemsworth plans on returning to movies, but he is determined to work through this and understand how to prepare himself and his family for the upcoming future where he might develop Alzheimer’s.
