1. Adele

Fans have been going crazy for Adele's weight loss transformation ever since photos began popping up of her looking drastically slimmer.

While talking to a fan in Anguilla, she revealed that she's lost 100 pounds.

This all came after announcing her divorce to Simon Konecki, with whom she shares a son.

Adele's trainer, Camila Goodis, told The Sun how she got that post-breakup glow-up.

“Giving up processed food, sugar, soda and get into an exercise routine, like cardio and strength training, will change people’s body,” Goodis said.

2. Jessica Simpson

After yo-yo-ing with her weight for the years, the singer said enough was enough and lost 100 pounds with her trainer, Harley Pasternak.

She managed to do this in six months by walking 14,000 steps per day and eating healthier.

3. Jonah Hill

It's not just female celebs who have lost weight over the past couple of years.

Hill once revealed that it was his 21 Jump Street co-star, Channing Tatum that helped him lose weight.

4. Adrienne Bailon

The former Cheetah Girl is looking fierce. She recently lost 20 pounds after focusing on her wellness during the coronavirus pandemic.

"During this time more than ever... Staying healthy is at the top of my mind!" she shared on Instagram.

5. Carrie Underwood

What baby? The country singer bounced back, big-time, after having two children.

Her secret? She works with her trainer Eve Overland and has switched over to a vegan diet. Having her own line of fitness apparel probably also helps.

6. Shonda Rhimes

The Year of Yes author said "yes" to changing her life by losing 150 pounds.

“I did not do it because I thought I would become beautiful like in the movies,” Rhimes told Health in 2017.

“I did it because I could not walk up a short flight up stairs without stopping to take a break and wiping sweat from my brow," she continued.

There were some downsides to this, though, like realizing that people only found her "valuable" after she lost the weight.

4. Ariel Winter

The Modern Family star has been showing off a noticeably slimmer figure ever since 2019. According to Winter, this came about from a change in medication.

“Years ago, it was hard because I’d go to the gym with my trainer and because of my antidepressant medications I never saw results,” she told Women's Health.

When she changed medication, weight loss was a perk — not the goal.

“I didn’t change my antidepressants because I wanted to lose weight, I’d just accepted it and it was fine,” she said.

5. Kate Hudson

As a WW ambassador, the actress used the program to help her shed the baby weight from her third child in 2019.

“It was a smarter way to take weight off, because it stays off," she told WW about her 25-pound loss.

6. Gabourey Sidibe

The Empire star can thank weight loss surgery for her drastic weight loss transformation.

But she didn't rely on it entirely. She also told People in 2017 that she works out three to four days per week.

7. Jennifer Hudson

Ever since the American Idol star lost 80 pounds with WW in 2010, she's managed to keep the weight off.

She even managed to do it with mainly just nutrition, no exercise. That's hard to accomplish!

"I don't really have time to do much [working out], so I really just watch what I eat," she told *Good Housekeeping*.

"I'm very careful and cautious of what I'm eating, so I just try to pace those meals throughout the day. I'm very conscious of what I put in my body."

18. Christina Aguilera

After the singer took off time from The Voice to lose weight, she returned looking like an entirely different person.

A source told People that she shed the weight by trying new foods and using the break from work as a time to relax.

19. Chris Pratt

The actor lost 60 pounds while gearing up to play Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy.

He transformed from husky to super fit by cutting out beer, upping his calories, working out a ton, and drinking a lot of water.

10. Kelly Osbourne

The reality star danced her weight to a slimmer body when she competed on Dancing With the Stars in 2009.

She told Shape magazine that it was her partner, Louis van Amstel, who helped transform her relationship with food.

"[He] made me eat turkey burgers and salads and explained to me that a high-protein, low-carb diet would keep me energized," she said.

"Then I started losing weight and realized, 'Oh, it’s true what they say: Diet and exercise really work!"

11. Rebel Wilson

She's "Fat Amy" no more! While most of us have been putting on the quarantine 15, the Australian comedian has been putting in #werk.

After declaring 2020 her "Year of Health," she's been accomplishing just that, as she's currently only six pounds shy of her goal weight.
