Teenager Takes Drastic Measures To Prove Cockroach Infestation To Parents

Living with a cockroach infestation is enough to make anyone feel uncomfortable, but for one teenager, it became unbearable. Despite seeing 15-20 cockroaches in her room every day for months, the girl's parents refused to believe that there was a problem. The girl had been suffering from asthma symptoms which only occurred when she was trying to sleep, and she had been put on various allergy drugs, but the best that doctors could tell was that it must be an allergy. After researching, she discovered that cockroaches can cause respiratory problems, but her parents still refused to call an exterminator. In a bid to make her parents understand how serious the problem was, the girl collected over 100 dead cockroaches and dumped them in her parents' bed. Her parents were livid, but eventually agreed to take action to address the infestation. However, the girl was punished for her actions and grounded for part of her winter break.
