A-List Power Couple Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Upgrade To A Lavish $64 Million Property

The 53-year-old singer and her 2022-married husband were reported to have fallen out of escrow for a property worth around half the one they have seemingly settled on, and it might just well put the Kardashians to shame!

Per The Daily Mail, JLo and her actor husband are said to be in escrow for a Pacific Palisades mansion boasting eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms!

The sprawling property sits on 1.13 acres of land and also includes a media room, a huge backyard, and a full gym and spa. Perfect for the JLo Beauty founder's workouts and her self-care!

JLo last month put her pad on the market for a sweet $42 million. The Hustlers star had initially purchased the home back in 2015 for $28 million. Talk about real estate profits!

Jennifer and Ben, 50, once made headlines as "Bennifer," this on account of their 2000s couples status and 2003 engagement. The engagement didn't last.

Proving that things can absolutely work out after nearly two decades, Jennifer and Ben married last year, choosing Las Vegas, NV for the wedding.

In a statement announcing her fourth marriage, Jennifer said:

“So with the best witnesses you could ever imagine, a dress from an old movie and a jacket from Ben’s closet, we read our own vows in the little chapel and gave one another the rings we’ll wear for the rest of our lives."

The American Idol judge continued that it was "the best possible wedding we could have imagined. One we dreamed of long ago and one made real (in the eyes of the state, Las Vegas, a pink convertible and one another) at very, very long last.”

Following the wedding, Lopez made headlines for changing her name to Mrs. Affleck, something that proved controversial amid the mogul's fans.

Both Jennifer and Ben are parents. Lopez shares twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Meanwhile, Affleck is a parent to Seraphina, Violet, and Samuel, all shared with actress ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

JLo doesn't include too many photos or videos of her new husband, but when she posts, fans go wild.

The cute selfie video of Jennifer cuddling up to Ben currently sits at 2.7 million likes. It even impressed 42-year-old socialite Paris Hilton, who left a heart-eye emoji.
