The new happy couple has apparently decided that the $34.5 million mansion is not suitable for them. Sadly, the purchase deal broke a few days before it could be signed. Reports claim the couple is still determining if the mansion might be what their united family needs.

Their supposed new home sitting in the Pacific Palisades area in Los Angeles is not for them. While reporters have caught the couple checking out the home and placing the price in escrow, the home located in the luxurious Rustic Canyon no longer fits their appeal.

Sources close to the home's agent revealed that the house has seven beautiful bedrooms and 13 bathrooms for its occupants. Inside this mansion, the couple would get a detached guest house and a dining room with its own fireplace and a chic bar.

As a $34.5 million home, this mansion has up to six garages for its owners — accessible via its brick porte-cochere. Plus, there's an indoor home gym and health spa to improve the comfort of its occupants.

The Pacific Palisades home also features a patio having a jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen. Owners will find a private balcony, closets, and dual bathrooms in its primary suite to relax.

Earlier this month, while on their home search, Ben and J.Lo were spotted checking out this same home they had pulled out of — but not alone. This time, 14-year-old Seraphina, Ben Affleck's youngest daughter, was spotted with them alongside a woman suspected to be the real estate agent.

Reporters close to the stars reveal that while they had $34.5 million in escrow, they had looked at other houses within the same area on Tuesday. A source knowledgeable about the pricing says that the other house costs twice the home they are rejecting. 

Sources of TMZ say the new couple has already gotten a new house and is now in escrow. If it's the other house they had their eye on Tuesday, it is uncertain for now.

While their search for a home continues, the I Ain't Your Mama star was spotted heading to her dance studio for her rehearsals in Los Angeles on Thursday.

In J.Lo's usual high fashion style, the star singer stunned in a Gucci jacket with the iconic G logo. Complementing her dressing style, the singer/dancer held her tan satchel-style handbag while wearing her sunglasses.

Although no exact location is confirmed on where the couple plans to settle down, their search is believed to continue. From what's known, the couple remains primarily on a hunt for a home within Los Angeles. 

Paying a visit to what was supposed to be their future home, the pair of lovers arrived in Ben Affleck's fully electric car, the Mercedes-Benz EQS-Class. They parked in their supposed-to-be spacious driveway near the small play area of the house.

Could it be frustration from home hunting or road rage? Well, the Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice actor was spotted leaving the property driving in full reverse for a while. This will not be the first time for Affleck, as he did something quite similar last year.

Before the couple was spotted house hunting across L.A, rumors about an ongoing renovation at the Let's Get Loud singer's $28 million home in Bel-Air spread. Her mansion at Bel-Air in L.A was reported to be where the couple would stay due to the renovation. 

It was just rumors! The star singer has put up the home for sale — maybe it was the reason for the renovation. Reports from The Hollywood Reporter suggest that the star has listed the property for $42.5 million.

Ben Affleck's home in Miami, Florida, might not be suited to the new couple and their family as well. Reports from The Dirt suggest that Ben acquired the $19 million home after splitting from his 50-year-old ex-wife Jennifer Garner in 2018.

Ben's house is gone now, as reports have it that the Gone Girl star actor sold off the home in the summer. News surrounding house listings say that the award-winning actor sold his Pacific Palisades home for $30 million.

Since J.Lo's mansion has been put up for sale and Ben Affleck's home has been sold, the rekindled lovebirds have stayed in a rented apartment. Rumors suggest that both stars are currently renting Australian billionaire James Packer's $60 million mansion in Beverly Hills.

It's not surprising that the couple would be out for a new home for both their families. Unlike other families that might not unite in the way they have, J.Lo's twin's birthday celebration video has shown that Ben and her children are blended and are a happy family.
