Nobu Date Night

Brtiney wore dark sunglasses as she was photographed by TMZ leaving the restaurant. In the car, she rode beside Sam, and her manager was seated at the back. The trio all wore long brown coats.

They Visited A Tree

On Instagram, Britney updated her feed with some snaps from their mysterious outing. She explained in the caption that they visited her favorite tree.

Mysterious Outing

"Another mystery 😂 … me and friends went to visit my favorite tree last night 🌳 !!! I take a pic with it every year 🤷🏼‍♀️ !!! Well I stood in the exact same place as last year … why the hell was the tree so damn big last year 🤔 ??? Uhhhhh 🤧 !!!"

Loved Ones Are Concerned

The Britney sighting comes after news broke that people close to her were planning an intervention. According to reports, there has been growing concern over her well-being.

Not Taking Her Meds

Multiple sources told TMZ that the embattled pop star hasn't been taking her medications properly, causing her erratic and volatile behavior. She has been "flying off the handle" because she has been taking meds that hype her up even more.

Getting Treatment

The plan was to get her in a rented L.A. house, where her manager, husband, and doctors would convince her to get the help she needed. The home will be her treatment facility, where she could receive medical attention and psychological counseling. Britney's parents, Jamie and Lynn Spears, and her sons, were not involved.

Britney reportedly got hold of the plan, so they had to pull the plug, at least temporarily.

While the intervention didn't go as planned, Britney did meet a doctor the day after the original intervention date. The meeting went well, sources tell TMZ.

Britney Denies The Rumors

After news of the failed intervention broke, Britney took to social media to deny the rumors with a lengthy rant.

It's Not 2007

"It makes me sick to my stomach that it’s even legal for people to make up stories that I almost died," she started. "Again, the conservatorship has been over for almost a year … No folks, it’s not 2007 … it’s 2023 and I’m making my first homemade lasagna at home !!!"

Follow-Up Post

In a follow-up post, Britney further slammed the media. She said she doesn't have a management team or a team of doctors.

She admitted in the post that she takes Prozac for depression and that's about the only medication that she takes.

Prayer And Therapy

Britney claims that she does her own little routine of prayer and therapy to keep her mental health in check. "It’s worse than a cruel joke because people actually believe this stuff and all of my efforts in getting better with my little routine of prayer and therapy seems to not count for anything..."

Her Conservatorship

It's no secret that Spears was placed under conservatorship which lasted for 13 years. She was admitted twice in 2008 under a temporary psychiatric assessment ruling and was put in conservatorship because it was necessary at the time.

Free Britney Movement

After almost 14 years, the conservatorship ended, thanks in part to the #freebritney movement started by her loyal fans.

Conservatorship Finally Ends

The conservatorship ended in November 2021 but there was no medical evaluation that happened before the ruling.

Married And Free

The end of the decade-long conservatorship allowed Britney to enjoy some freedom. She tied the knot with Asghari in a private wedding on June 9, 2022. The event was attended by A-listers including Selena Gomez and Paris Hilton.

Manic Episode

While her freedom was celebrated, many took notice of Britney's strange behavior on social media. Last month, the pop star was also recorded having a "manic" episode in a restaurant, where she was yelling and talking gibberish. Asghari reportedly walked out upset over the incident.
