The 77-year-old is contending the contents of the will, which has now ousted her as a trustee and replaced her with Riley and Benjamin Keough (who unfortunately passed away in 2020).
She's claiming that the document which was amended in 2016 contained several inconsistencies, especially with the late Lisa Marie's signature and name.
A source revealed to news outlets that both parties have stopped communicating with each other following the wake of the case and now choose to talk through their individual lawyers.
"Riley and Priscilla aren't communicating at this time, but have been in communication through lawyers."
The source continued that Keough is distraught over the dispute, especially now that it involves family member.
Keough reportedly wants to settle the dispute away from the public eye and outside the court, but Priscilla is adamant that she has a valid case and she'll emerge victorious in court.
"She is heartbroken that this has turned into a public matter and knows her mother would never want this."
It's a difficult time for the actress who's had to bury her mother and brother within the last three years. She's stressed but tries to remain in good spirits through it all.
Aside from appearing downcast, the actress also missed the UK premiere of her new movie due to the ongoing case.
