The singer and only daughter of the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley, died on January 12 after suffering from cardiac arrest just two days after attending the 2023 Golden Globes.

She’d been stressing over the Golden Globes for a few months, after realizing that she’d need to step out in public for the event. According to TMZ, she was self-conscious about the weight she’d put on over the previous years.

She Went On A Weight Loss Program

The outlet said Lisa got “obsessed” about looking good for the event and went on a tough weight loss program where she allegedly shed off 40 to 50 pounds in six weeks.

She Seemed Unsteady At The Golden Globes

During her red carpet interview with Extra host Billy Bush at the Golden Globes, it was obvious she was a little unsteady. At one point, she had to grab the arm of her friend Jerry Schilling to keep her balance.
