After filming two movies together, Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill have become quite close friends. It's clear when they interact that they have tons of fun together and really enjoy each other's company.

However, there's a 21-year age difference between them, a fact that spurred Cavill into introducing some 'terms and conditions' into their friendship to ensure it remains safe and healthy.

Two Hollywood stars have become unexpected friends.

Superman actor Henry Cavill and Stranger Things lead Millie Bobby Brown have developed a deep friendship. However, their friendship features strict boundaries and 'conditions' have fans admiring Cavill especially.

The two grew close working on 'Enola Holmes' together.

The first film in the series was released in 2020, with the second being released just the other week. Brown plays the title character of Enola Holmes, the younger sister of famed detective Sherlock Holmes, who Cavill plays.

Brown has really enjoyed her time with Cavill.

She's said that working with him has allowed them to develop a "real adult relationship."

"Like a really healthy one. One that [has] terms and conditions," she described to Deadline.

"I know Henry. He has terms and conditions with me."

She explained how their history working on the first Enola Holmes movie helped their friendship grow.

"Then on the second one it was like that trust we had built together was then turned into this spontaneous journey together."

It's clear that Brown admires Cavill.

And the feeling is certainly mutual. As Cavill told ET Canada, "I love working with Millie. She is such a bombastic personality. We really are like brother and sister."

"We annoy each other, make fun of each other, tease each other but we support each other as well. It is a pleasure working with her."

But, as mentioned, it's a friendship that has boundaries.

Brown has noted that Cavill doesn't allow her to ask about his personal life, ensuring there's a healthy distance between them.

"It's like, 'Millie, shut up. No.' And I'm like, 'Understood.' Whereas with the Stranger Things kids, it's different," she explained, "There's no boundaries [on Stranger Things] because it's like we're all siblings. But with Henry, he's very strict with me, which I appreciate."

Which is really nice to see.

Cavill going out of his way to remain professional yet still friendly with a co-star who's much younger than he is, as he's 39 and Brown is 18, is very refreshing.

There's such an unfortunate history of young stars being taken advantage of in many ways.

Knowing there's at least one actor who's making sure to establish healthy boundaries between himself and his younger coworkers sets an excellent example for others in the industry.

Not to mention it makes for a wholesome friendship.

In videos featuring the two, you can clearly see that they have a good time hanging out together, and that Brown does push Cavill to have a little fun.

We hope these two keep being friends in the most respectful manner possible!
