There's something about really weird pics that I find so fascinating. Like, they seem to exist despite all the odds, and you can never help but stare at them.

So of course, this list here has a bunch of really weird, really random things. And sure, they may have you scratching your head in confusion. But you can't say they aren't interesting.

"The white sweet potato has a purple inside and the purple sweet potato has a white inside."

Two sweet potatoes. One white with purple flesh. Other purple with white flesh.
Reddit | m0uzer22

I kind of hate this but I also kind of love this at the same time. They're opposites, and I have no idea why but I can pretty much just accept it.

"A little bear found its way into that Lumaconi bag."

A green piece of pasta shaped like a bear among white elbow-shaped pasta.
Reddit | Radockys

I guess there's nothing super weird about a piece of pasta ending up in a package of different pasta. But the little bear is... kind of a shock, don't you think?

"Beautiful sap formation from a cashew tree."

A hand holding onto a large piece of crystalized tree sap.
Reddit | MauiKehaulani

On one hand, this is kinda cool. But on the other hand, it's also a little creepy. Something about the shape is reminding me of some kind of weird monster or creature or something.

"Some deterioration on a wall in Dublin city looks like a parakeet..."

A piece of an exterior wall where layers of paint have peeled off in the shape of a bird's head.
Reddit | samfringo

It kind of looks like that little bird face is judging us super hard right now. I can't really say I'm a fan.

"This public restroom I used in San Diego has a fireplace in it."

A vintage-styled public bathroom with a red tile and green wood fireplace in the corner.
Reddit | DankSmellingNipples

I'm guessing this old restroom used to be a different room at one point, and they decided to keep the fireplace. I really can't see anyone lighting it up these days, though.

"Just found this Clorox gallon jug in the woods."

An ambere-coloured glass jug with the word "Clorox" written on it.
Reddit | userrerror

I guess at one point, Clorox used to come in glass jars like that? That's cool and all, but what the heck is it doing in the middle of the woods?

"My local Goodwill has a shelf with nothing but All Dogs go to Heaven."

Shelves full of DVDs. On one shelf, almost all of the DVD cases are for the movie "All Dogs go to Heaven."
Reddit | OmnipotentEntity

Why... does it have so many copies of the same movie? Like, did a library donate them or something? Did a bunch of people decide they didn't want it at the same time and donated a bunch of copies?

Did... did they all come from one person?

"This poor excuse for a King Cake bought in Texas."

A cake in a box. The cake is misshapen and covered in streaks of bule, yellow, and green icing.
Reddit | Summitjunky

If you didn't know, a King Cake is one that's associated with Mardi Gras (among other similar holidays in different countries), and, well, isn't supposed to look like that.

According to OP, it at least tastes pretty good.

"My packet of Sour Patch Kids has this massive Sour Patch in it."

About 5 or 6 red Sour Patch Kids melted together in an diamond-like shape.
Reddit | Calwebbewlac

I'm not gonna lie, this is kind of terrifying. Like, it looks like a Sour Patch monster. It almost looks like it's ready to attack or something.

This strange caterpillar.

A white caterpillar with fur all over its body and a black and white clownlike face.
reddit | p_pitstop

I actually have no idea what kind of caterpillar this is, and Google wasn't really any help. But you know what? Maybe I'm better off not knowing.

"This is what broccoli looks like if you don't harvest it."

An overgrown broccoli head with yellow flowers blooming from it.
Reddit | UnsaidSleet4223

This is just weird. Like, I was today years old when I learned that broccoli flowers if you leave it alone for long enough.

Who knew?

Nothing suspicious about this trailer...

An abandoned trailer covered in rust and spray painted words and phrases such as, "free candy inside."
Reddit | furrylittleotter

I'm sure the vandalism on the side of the trailer is just someone trying to be funny. But, like, I also wouldn't step foot in that thing, even if there was candy and ice cream inside.

"What the duck?"

A picture taken out a car window showing an SUV towing a large wooden duck statue.
Reddit | IPlayMyMusicInTheSun

Yes, what the duck indeed. I... kind of love that giant duck statue, but that doesn't explain why it exists, or what it's doing on the highway.

"A knife in pavement."

A section of pavement with a small, extended switchblade embedded into it.
Reddit | trekie88

It's not every day you find a knife embedded in concrete. I wonder if this would be considered bad luck, or good luck...

My guess is that it can't be good.

"There’s a little mirrored version of the news in the bottom corner of the screen and I don’t know why."

Part of a TV screen showing a news broadcast. In the bottom left corner of the screen, the same broadcast is shown, but smaller.
Reddit | OrchestralLeek

They must've messed something up when putting the little interface on the bottom of the screen. Like, this is the most bizarre thing I've ever seen.

"Received a mysterious postcard in the mail with no return address and unknown symbols."

A postcard that reads, "the dawning of each new day," accompanied by strange symbols.
Reddit | lostlittledoggy

I would be absolutely terrified if I found this in the mail.

According to OP, there wasn't a lot of info on the card or where it came from. It'll probably just be a mystery forever.

"Dogecoin-themed instant noodles at my local grocery store."

Bitcoin-themed Cup Noodles with bitcoin and doge imagery on the labels.
Reddit | sskitcuch

Uh, I'm going to have to say no. I'm sure the taste is fine, but this packaging is probably the weirdest thing I've ever seen, and makes me not want to buy it at any cost.

"My roommate's old iPhone has been turned off for a few years. He powered it on and got this message."

An older iPhone model telling the user it can't be unlocked for more than 17 years.
Reddit | xXJames_GamesXx

I bet you anything, if you turn this phone on in 17 years, 11 months, 2 weeks, 11 hours, and 45 minutes, it'll tell you to try again in another 17 years or so.

"How does this even happen?"

A visibly damaged car. Along the damage, a large, frozen fish sticks to the car.
Reddit | B-L-O-C-K-S

That sure is an... interesting accident. I guess somebody threw a fish outside and it hit this car? Who would've thought a frozen fish could cause so much damage?

"My dad still has an unopened bottle of chilled Crystal Pepsi in his fridge."

A clear plastic bottle on a fridge shelf, with a vintage-looking Crystal Pepsi label on it.
Reddit | ItsThunderCookie

It's been quite a while since the last time Crystal Pepsi was on the shelves. Worst case scenario, this stuff is gross by now. Best case scenario, it's just flat.
